Standard Inspection
This service includes a complete inspection of all accessible home systems and components, including their operational condition, materials, and overall performance. We assess visible defects, identify maintenance needs, and provide insight into the expected longevity of key components. Our findings are delivered in a clear, easy-to-understand format to help you make informed decisions. On site inspection will average 2.5 - 3 hours.

New Build Package
This service will help you build with confidence. This package includes inspections at all major milestones. Foundation, pre-drywall framing and MEP’s, turnover and 11 month warranty inspection. This ensures hiccups in the building process can be corrected before they can become an issue.

Pre-Listing Inspection
This service includes an informative inspection of your property before you list it for sale. Go into the selling process with confidence and the knowledge needed to get the most out of your property. Finding out about unknown issues after accepting an offer is the most common reason for a deal to fall through.

The real estate market is fast paced. You may need a seasoned set of eyes to spot major issues at a walkthrough. This is an informal conversation as we look at the major components of the home. Maybe you can’t make an open house or showing appointment but like what you see online. We can be your eyes for you. Average time on site is about 1 hour.
If we perform a walkthrough for you, you will receive 25% off the cost of a standard inspection.
This is NOT a home inspection and does not follow NY SOP regulations. There is no written report with a walkthrough.
